Overview

                            In 1955, the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) launched the Single Point Registration Scheme. Under this scheme, the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) can take part in government purchases. This scheme benefits a large number of MSEs in terms of sale and profit making. The department of MSME of government of India undertakes this scheme with an aim to empower MSEs. All the respective MSEs are trained and educated appropriately so that they can enhance their business growth. The Single Point Registration Scheme by NSIC provides assistance to the beneficiary in terms of financial support, training and promote their business growth. As the government of India is the largest buyer of numerous products manufactured in India, this scheme allows the individuals/organizations to serve their product to the concerned buyers.

Eligibility Criteria for NSIC Registration

​

  • Micro & Small Enterprises having EM Part-II

  • Micro & Small Enterprises having Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM)

  • Micro & Small Enterprises who have not crossed one year existence period.

NSIC Registration Process

​

  • Fill your basic details and submit the above form

  • Get a call from our expert

  • Provide the required details and documents

  • Our representative will submit your application to NSIC

  • After receiving Inspection Report, NSIC will issue the SPRS Registration Certificate

Documents Required for NSIC Registration

​

Self-attested Documents

  • PAN Card, Udyog Adhaar Memorandum (UAM) Number

  • Declaration of entry been made in MSME Data Bank

  • Proof of ownership of raw materials, plant/machinery, equipment and tools

  • Copy of BIS License (If any)

  • Copy of ISO Certificate (If any)

  • Performance statement, as per application’s Performa ‘Annexure-F’

  • Self-attested copy of ownership documents of the business location

  • Copy of sales deed

  • Certificate from the Directors, Proprietor and Partner whether or not they have any link with large scale Unit(s)

Documents required – Duly signed by authorized person

  • Copy of PAN

  • Copy of last electricity bill

  • Proof of Business existence

  • List of employees indulged in production and services

  • Write-up on quality control measurement opted by firm for quality control

  • Audited balance sheet and P&L statement of previous 3 years

Benefits of NSIC Registration

  • Tender Documents are provided free of cost;

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or token amount exemption;

  • Departments under central government are required to make at least 25% of their annual purchases from MSEs.
    Out of which:-

  • 4% is reserved for production units owned by Schedule Caste /Schedule Tribes

  • 3% is reserved for production units owned by Women entrepreneurs.

  • 358 items are also reserved for exclusive purchase from SSI Sector
