Acquiring the DIN and DSC

To start the procedure of One Person Company firstly the directors are required to apply for the digital signature certificate and the directors identification number. This is because it is mandatory to attach the DSC while filing the online forms.

Obtaining name approval

Further if you desire to obtain the name approval in advance then you must file the reserve unique name form with the ministry of corporate affairs.

Filing the incorporation form

Three incorporations forms including the SPICE or INC-32, INC 33 and INC 34 must be filed with the ROC consisting of the details of the company, the memorandum of association and the article of association. Also the proposed name in case the RUN form is not filed in advance.

Certificate of Incorporation

If the documents submitted are found to be in line with the applicable rules and regulations then the certificate of incorporation for the proposed company is granted by the ministry of corporate affairs and finally the one person company is registered in India.
